Kiawah River

Luxury Community Branding

Our collaboration with Kiawah River began in 2018 with a bold challenge—capturing the essence of a community that had yet to be built. From the very first shoot, we set the tone for compelling storytelling, bringing the vision to life through dynamic footage of fly fishing, a Lowcountry boil, kayaking, crabbing, shrimping, birding, and more.

Since then, we’ve returned every summer to produce fresh video content, highlighting new amenities and evolving narratives. Each project is an opportunity to refine and elevate the storytelling, ensuring every piece feels distinct while maintaining the brand’s signature tone and authenticity.

Sensory Storytelling

Our videos for Kiawah River create a sensory experience. We want you to feel the water rippling, smell the pluff mud, taste the salt. Being at home outdoors is what the lowcountry is all about, and we love getting our feet dirty (and wet) in the process of each year’s production. In close collaboration with the Kiawah River marketing team, we’ve continuously pushed to differentiate their visual identity—setting a standard that others in the space have since tried to follow.

"Kiawah River has enjoyed Matt Coda and team knocking it out of the park since 2018. Drone-a-rang shot of a car driving the Ashley River Bridge to the Charleston skyline in one take, fly fishing in a storm with a double rainbow, chest waders near alligators, 14-hour days, killer direction and post-production every time. Love y’all."

Lowcountry Luxury & Hospitality

Our work with Kiawah River captures the distinct blend of upscale living and untamed Lowcountry beauty. As the community has grown—especially with the addition of The Dunlin, a luxury boutique hotel—our content has evolved to reflect that elevated aesthetic while staying rooted in the raw, authentic spirit of the Sea Islands.

Frequently Asked Questions

We focus entirely on sensory, place-based lifestyle storytelling. Beginning in 2018 for Kiawah River, we brought the development's early vision to life by capturing the natural environment—focusing on active fly fishing, kayaking, and coastal living to build buyer desire from the ground up.

We manage long-term campaign continuity. As the community grew to include ultra-premium amenities and luxury boutique properties like The Dunlin hotel, our visual assets evolved to mirror that elevated upscale luxury while staying anchored to the raw spirit of the Sea Islands.

High-end developments are built on lifestyle. By capturing localized environmental textures—from coastal waterways to marshland environments—our films build an emotional connection that moves buyers beyond generic floor plans.
