Filming Wildlife: Rescue to Release

In partnership with the South Carolina Aquarium and Explore Charleston, we created a short film inside the Sea Turtle Care Center, following the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured sea turtles along South Carolina’s coast. Over several months, we documented the emotional journey of conservation efforts led by Melissa Ranly and the dedicated aquarium team, capturing everything from critical admissions to triumphant ocean releases. The film offers an intimate look at the passion and perseverance required to protect these ancient mariners and the ecosystems they call home.

From Concept to Broadcast

We partnered with the South Carolina Aquarium to create a 30-second broadcast campaign showcasing the immersive beauty of the Aquarium experience. Our team handled the entire production process, from scripting and concept development to scheduling and casting, using a sensory-driven creative approach centered around the animals and environment.

Filming required careful coordination around animal activity, visitor traffic, and the challenges of shooting in a glass-filled space, where we adapted our gear to avoid reflections.

"The Vive Media team brought our brand to life with stunning videography. Their creativity and intentionality is evident in every step of their process and we could not be happier with the final product. We are confident our audience will feel inspired by the content they have produced for us."
